The Gplsoft Technical Assistance service provides customers with assistance on the customer’s IT equipment (hardware devices and software components) to ensure proper operation. The fundamental principle of our assistance is to proactively monitor the IT infrastructure, in order to prevent any type of problem that may lead to a blocking of the service for the customer. Unfortunately, sudden problems can always occur, which is why our Technical Staff is trained and always ready to intervene with decisive interventions, both online and on-site.
